Background preparation

Today is the first day of project session, we searched for the basic knowledge of organic field-effect transistor and organic semiconductor.
For inverters, it is made up of MOSFET according to following graph:

During this project the organic CMOS and PMOS will be used.
Organic field-effect transistor (OFET) is a field-effect transistor using an organic semiconductor in its channel.
Organic semiconductor is an organic material with semiconductor properties. The characterization of organic semiconductor can be view in following links:
